By downloading, installing, or using the Borderless application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Borderless.

2. Description of Service

Borderless provides immigration information, trip logging tools, visa tracking, community features, and local business discovery. The App is designed to assist users in managing and understanding their immigration journey but does not constitute legal advice.

3. Not Legal Advice

The information provided through Borderless is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Immigration rules are complex and change frequently. Always consult a qualified immigration solicitor or adviser for advice specific to your situation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam, solicit, or harvest other users' personal information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the App without our express written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Borderless and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Borderless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
